Holy Manger

The sign was shown as a glittering star,
Star led the people to the Holy Manger.

There was a Baby brighter than the star,
The Savior was born to lead the world.

Holy was the night that was going to end,
The dawn has come to the sinners of the world.

The wise men bow their head in front of infant,
For their wisdom was a gift from the new born.

Blessed were the shepherds who saw the infant,
As that made the doors of heaven open for them.

The King was born and the world rejoiced,
He was the shepherd of the scattered flocks.

He came and conquered not the land and gold,
But the soul and heart of sinners to follow Him.

Guardian Angel

World is a meeting place for us,
We come naked and later cover in lies.

Tries to live the life of a king ,
Efforts are made but never be a king.

Learns many lessons from life,
Hurts are more than happiness.

Yet tries to cover tears in smile,
Happiness is a symbol of hope in life.

People flies away to their new destination,
Leaving you behind with their memories.

Familiar faces becomes the most unfamiliar
when you are in need of their kindness.

Broken hearts are healed by new Angels,
They are the Guardian Angels send by LORD.

Prayer keeps the hope lighted up,
Hard times may not last long.

Time takes away the sadness from you,
Leaving behind  new people and Happiness.

Hope lies and rests with the Guardian Angel,
For She can bring Happiness and smile back.

Let the chains free my memories,
Freedom may come and embrace me.

Our Life N Prayer

We both were walking alone with our dreams,
But our destination and goal was the same.

We decided to hold our hands and walk together,
Yesterday was a new beginning for us.

When we held our hands our past left us,
And the future joined us in the journey.

We didn't rejoice in the earthly things,

Today we set a milestone for us to remember.

Nobody would ever believe that we are far,

Our souls are bound together to near the distance.

We can feel each others presence close,

When we kneel down before the Holy Soul.

We rejoice with Prayers for each other,

We get up to walk again and see more clearly.

I thank my Lord for bounding us together.

Reflection

The Baby lying on the mother's shoulder is a Reflection.
Reflection of my childhood and make me Realise,
How much innocence I have lost.

The Kid on the playground is a Reflection.
Reflection of me myself in the playground and I Realise,
How much energy I have drained.

The Young Man sitting alone in park is a Reflection.
Reflection of my youthful days and I Realise,
How much lonely I was at the time when everyone was busy.

The Old Man looking out of the window is a Reflection.
Reflection of how I might be in the future and I Realise,
How much I would regret for what I couldn't do in this lifetime.

Snow White

For the night, stars adds beauty
Her eyes of innocence adds beauty to her.

For a Poet, his words gives life to works
Her presence gives life to many.

For kids, their smile adds innocence to them
Her acts adds innocence to her.

For flowers, fragrance gives identity,
Her compassion is her identity.

For all, rains brings joy and happiness
Her smile showers joy and happiness.

For toddlers, mother's love brings care
Her words brings care and love to all.

For me prayers keeps me going ahead
Her prayers keeps me alive.

For all she might me just a girl
But for me she is a lady with respect.

The Promise

This is a Promise I make to my beloved

Yet I promise that I will be where you are.

We have different dreams and aspirations,

Let us walk towards our Lord who is unseen.

And Live a life for our King who died for us.

Every single drop of tears He shed was for us,
His blood leads us to His Kingdom of Love.

In the darkest hour His words lights up our lives,
Let us forgive others as He wanted us to do so.

His Angels on earth will be there for us,
Through them let us bring happiness on earth.

Once we reach the end of the journey,
Let us fall on to His arms for eternal rest.

Glass Bangles

She was a cute little kid,
She loved to play with her peers,
She used to add beauty to her dolls,
She loved to go to school.

She never fought with anyone,
No one could fight with her,
She used to pass me by with a cute smile,
She loved to wear bangles of different colors.

Her world was small and scarce,
Her dreams made it big and beautiful,
She dreamed to fly like the birds
And to be independent like the breeze.

One day I was waiting for her cute smile,
But she never came and will never come like before,
Never again she can give me that innocent smile,
I could see her broken bangles and hear her cry.

Live In Peace

The World was never like this before,
People seems to be more wild than ever.

More and more leaving this world due to hunger,
The wings of doves with olive branches are clipped.

Lust for someone and thirst for money exceeds,
The eyes can no more see the poor and distressed.

Money and power accompany the social status,
Those who don't have are sidelined towards the wall.

No one seems to enjoy the rains and the rainbow,
Fear of getting cleansed keeps them inside their own world.

Even the water seems to be priced for a profit,
The Prophets once taught all, seems to be crying from heaven.

Who knows it might be their tears falling down as rains,
A bit of Love and Sympathy can change the World.

It doesn't need masses, Each of Us can do that,
Because so many single drops put together makes a mighty ocean.   

Dream Of An Angel

When the night colors the day with its darkness,
May all the living beings recede to their nest.

That's the time when an Angel puts her soul to rest,
She opens her heart so that her dreams may fly.

May the stars guide her dreams to their destination,
Let the moon provide its light for their journey.

Her dreams float gently towards the sky,
Her dreams are sweet as pure honey falling from the nectar.

As the nights pass by her dreams are closer to destination,
Someone is praying for her dreams to reach faster.

Once her dreams find its place with reality,
He can invite her to join him for giving wings to his dreams.

Together they can built their lives on new dreams,
Those will be more beautiful as it is crafted by both of them.

May the God give them the strength to do all these,

O My Lord, this is the hour I need you the most,
Please comfort me by extending your grace to me.

I again tried to move away from your plans for me,
But my experience has brought me back to you.

Please be there for me and heal my wounds,
I realise my mistake and I apologise for that.

I was protected under your mercy once,
Here I stand, heads down due to my guilt.

Please forgive me and cleanse my soul,
I will follow the path you show me for my journey.

Please give me back my eyes to see your grace again,
Please give back my soul to feel your love again.

I won't move away from you again,
Please be my light in this darkest hour.

You were once a stranger to me,
Just like anybody else to me.

Lady Light

I have never seen her sad,
Not that she doesn't have to worry about,
Its difficult to understand her,
She won't easily give up.

She does have problems to face,
But she faces it with a pleasant smile,
That makes her distinct from others,
And that inspires many to be like her.

She lays her hands on others to comfort,
She gives them strength to stand up,
She walks with them to avoid loneliness,
She wipes the tears and teaches them to smile.

But she too need comfort,
She too need the strength to stand up,
She too need to avoid loneliness,
And she even need to learn how to smile.

She gets the strength for all these,
When she kneels down before The Almighty,
So that she could stand up again to
bring happiness and smile to others life.

A Letter To You

A letter was lying on my table,
A letter which was written with my feelings,
I wrote it to you for your presence,
It had my dreams and time we spend.

It lied there for quite long,
I used to glance through it every night,
I wrote it at night when the world slept,
But the stars were shining keeping me awake.

Its no more lying there,
It has not reached you even,
The words in the letter faded,
Along with my memories and time.

One day when you miss me,
Come to me I will read the letter,
Though the words got faded,
Its there living in my heart.

Journey To Heaven

I was walking without a destination,
No one with me but my dreams and worries followed,
Couldn't find anyone besides me for company,
That's the time I wished for someone to be with me.

I could feel the silence from my peers,
I was invisible to them for they got all from me,
Still I had to move on with my burden of worries,
Wished truly for someone to be with me.

While I moved on, I was joined by someone,
Simple like the Water which flows down to sea,
But without which we can't survive,
She could vanish the tears from my eyes.

She taught me new lessons through her silence,
She smiled like the morning flower,
Spreading fragrance and happiness,
She walked with me for a long distance.

She gently walked with me,
Like the clouds in the bright sky
holding happiness for others she smiled.

Finally, She took me to my destination,
When I looked around, I realised.
I realised that it was heaven and
She was the Angel from Heaven.

Live In The Present

Dear Friend,

Is it possible for the cloud just rained
to get back on the raging sky?
Is it possible for the flower just withered
to be back in its beautiful shape?
Is it possible for the water in the ocean
to be back on the mountains?
Is it possible for the little bird
to be back in the shell from where it broke out?
Is it possible for the ones who went from your life
to be back with you?

If the answers for all the questions are "No",
then why to worry and live in the past.
Hold my hands and walk with me in the present,
So that we can face the future valiantly.

Be Yourself

You are not my Sun or Moon,
Because you never set in my mind,
But you keep on moving with my soul.

You are not my Angel from heaven,
Because one day the Angel has to go back,
But you comfort me always by being with me.

You are not my Star in the far away sky,
Because its too far for me to reach out,

Wait on the Doorstep

I am waiting on my doorstep,
Looking at the path to my home,
It's been quite long standing,
I'm waiting for someone.

I will wait for them forever,
But it might not bring them back,
They left  me with their memories,
Still, I will wait there for a while.

They might look for me on their return,
If they won't return it might hurt me,
But what if someone new walks into the path?
Well I can invite them to my new Life....

Gift Of God

Every child is a gift from GOD,
Their smile can wipe the tears,
Their cuteness reminds ones childhood,
Bringing memories from the innocent past.

They walks as if they own the world,
They smile like the flower just blossomed,
Plays with the elders sharing their childhood,
No one wish to see that smile fade from cute face.

Their first step brings happiness to the mother,
Their sweet broken words fills everyone's heart,
Their hug calms down ones anxious heart.
Truly they are the gift one wishes and treasures.

Race for Life

Where is the world running?
People behave like Chameleon,
Colors and Behavior change,
Fast like the drifting clouds.

It was not like this in the start,
Somewhere the journey twisted,
Lost the innocence and the care,
Raced against the brothers to succeed.

In the insane race absorbed everything,
Pride, Lust, Arrogance and whatever
which accelerated the journey
and which kept others distant.

Towards the end realized the fact,
Was on running a spree in the wrong track,
Can't run back and begin from the start,
Since nobody is left to compete but himself.

Colors of Life

Dear please let me add colors to your Life,
Oh my dear friend let me start with Pink,
That can make you more Love and Beauty.

Is Courage and Confidence hiding in you?

I can make you life with Happiness and Joy,

Poor Clod

Once there lived a clod,
He firmly valued relationships,
More than his own breath.

He lived on moral values,
surely that proves him as clod,
for no one values that in present.

He loved and cared for all,
surely that is a clod lifestyle,
for that love and care never turned to him.

He believed that good still exists,
no one could make him realize,
for this everyone called him - clod.

Wait, is he a clod or we?
Will he be more loved by GOD?
Will he win God or people?

Guardian of Memories

Everyone walks into my life as strangers,
Befriends me with friendly thoughts,
Gifts me fake smiles till they get bored,
I as a fool starts thinking and caring.

One day they find someone new and better,
Pulls down the fake smiles from my heart,
I wonder and say sorry for not my mistake,
Few days and months and years pass.

Finally I realize that I am still alive,
Alive with the memories of past and present,
Unable to face the future and its new clowns,
I kneel down realizing that its me and my destiny,
To live as Guardian of Memories.

There is a world out there,

Free From Walls

I am ambushed in a room,
Can't see anything & doors are closed.

I face the first wall - Past,
It shows my life as before.
But I don't want to get lost again.

I face the second wall - Relationships,
Some are broken and some existing,
Still I don't want to get back tied.

Third wall leads me - to Future,
Uncertainty and Hope leads me there,
Still don't have the strength to face.

Fourth wall is me myself,
Mix of Past, Relationships and Future,
No way and I wont even seek that.

I forgot to see Up,
There is someone looking down,
Its My Lord, He held my hands
saying, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?”

Lonely Sailor

I have crossed many turbulent waves,
none of them could falter make my voyage.

Sometimes rough waves deviated my path,
but could never deviate my desire.

Sailed quite long enough, far from land now,
I see only unfriendly waves & fiery storms.

But nothing could ever stop me from sailing,
No its my desire craft that kept me sailing.


One day I will find My shore,
the Shore My desire,
where I will start my life anew.

Enticing Angel
